Twelve Disciples Life (12D.Life)

About Twelve Disciples Life

A Christ-centered ministry dedicated to making disciples, healing lives, and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our Story

Twelve Disciples Life (12D.Life) was founded on the conviction that the Church is called to more than Sunday attendance — it is called to active, transformative discipleship. Led by Pastor Christian and Casey Snyder, our organization was born out of a deep passion for seeing believers fully equipped to live out their faith in every area of life: spiritually, relationally, and financially.

What began as a local discipleship effort has grown into a national ministry with a clear mission: train committed followers of Christ through the Master of Discipleship Licentiate (MDL) program, connect them with meaningful ministry opportunities, and support the healing of military veterans, first responders, and their families who carry the invisible wounds of service.

Our Leadership

Pastor Christian Snyder

Founder & Lead Pastor

Pastor Christian Snyder is a passionate disciple-maker with decades of ministry experience. His vision for Twelve Disciples Life is rooted in the belief that every believer has a God-given calling and deserves the training and support to fulfill it. He leads the MDL program with a heart for both biblical excellence and practical application.

Casey Snyder

Co-Founder & Ministry Director

Casey Snyder brings a gift for community building and pastoral care to Twelve Disciples Life. Her focus on mentorship, family support, and healing ministries ensures that every participant in the MDL program is cared for as a whole person — spirit, soul, and body.

Our Core Values

Scripture First

Every decision, teaching, and ministry initiative is anchored in the Word of God.

Radical Discipleship

We believe in the transformative power of one-on-one and small-group mentorship modeled after Jesus and His twelve.

Compassionate Service

We serve the whole person — including veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD — with the love of Christ.

Financial Integrity

We operate with full transparency and teach biblical stewardship, ensuring ministry workers are fairly compensated per 1 Timothy 5:17.

Kingdom Multiplication

Every disciple we train is equipped to make more disciples, creating an ever-expanding network of Kingdom impact.

Community & Belonging

We foster a culture where every believer — regardless of background — is welcomed, valued, and empowered to serve.

Supporting Our Heroes

One of the most urgent expressions of our mission is our Military and First Responders PTSD support ministry. We provide professional counseling, mentoring, and family support services at no cost to those who have sacrificed so much in service to our nation. Our Christ-centered approach to healing addresses the root causes of trauma and offers lasting restoration that secular programs often cannot provide. If you or someone you know needs help, please call our national toll-free hotline.

All Military Professional Counseling/Mentoring and Family Support services are provided at no cost. Although we have a very high rate of success, there is no guarantee of successful healing if the client deviates from the program or their faith.

If you or someone you know needs help, all Military Professional Counseling/Mentoring and Family Support services are provided at no cost. Although we have a very high rate of success, there is no guarantee of successful healing if the client deviates from the program or their faith. The PTSD golf tournament program is helpful as an intermittent form of social therapy, however, it does not heal anyone over the long run, and unlike our mentoring therapies, golf tournaments are not consistent enough to keep the PTS-D clients from suicide ideation and therefore, not recommended as a complete therapy.
